Former Real Madrid star and new Cameroon boss Clarence Seedorf has announced his first 23 man squad for their Africa Cup of Nations qualifier away against Comoros.
The former Netherlands international, who was appointed as the Indomitable Lions’ manager on 4 August, 2018, will take charge of his first match on 9 September with compatriot Patrick Kluivert as his assistant.
One notable call-up to the former AC Milan and Los Blancos midfielder’s first squad is the inclusion of striker Paul-Georges Ntep, who plays for Bundesliga club Wolfsburg and the exclusion of Christian Bassagog and Clinton Njie.
The 26-year-old, who was born in Cameroon, has decided to change allegiances despite being capped twice by France in two friendly encounters back in 2015.
