Yaoundé (National Times)-Cameroon’s National Anti-Corruption Commission popularly known by its French acronym CONAC, says the non-respect of article 66 of the country’s 1996 Constitution which demands public office holders to declare their assets remains a bane in the fight against fraud under the Biya regime.
