Meghan Markle’s parents have arrived in London ahead of the royal wedding and are staying in a palace

Night at the Palace?

Meghan Markle’s parents, Doria Ragland and Thomas Markle, have reportedly arrived in London ahead of their daughter’s wedding next week.

Ragland landed in the UK on Thursday morning, according to Us Weekly, while her ex-husband, Thomas Markle, landed on Thursday evening. The pair are reportedly staying at Kensington Palace, which, aside from being the most fabulous news we’ve heard all week, has left us with a lot of burning questions. Does one simply have a room at the Palace or an entire wing? What happens if you get lost trying to find one of the many bathrooms in the middle of the night and end up wandering the halls?

Does one simply have a room at the Palace or an entire wing? What happens if you get lost trying to find one of the many bathrooms in the middle of the night and end up wandering the halls? Do you get to hang out with fellow tenants the Cambridges, or perhaps Princess Eugenie of York? We need answers.

Markle’s parents have arrived ahead of the May 19 wedding, at which they are both playing important roles. Ragland will ride in the car with her daughter from their accommodation to the chapel at Windsor Castle, before heading into the church, after which Markle will walk his daughter down the aisle.

According to Us Weekly, Markle’s parents will both attend a private run-through of the ceremony at St. George’s Chapel next week.

We hope her parents make the most of the Palace stay as we imagine they’ll be relocating to Windsor late next week, with Markle confirmed to arrive at her wedding eve accommodation on Friday May 18. It is not yet known where they’ll be staying on the night before the wedding but having said that it’s sure to be a five-star hotel at the very least.
